Default Putting a 2000 Corvette Stereo in a 1997 Camaro

I am trying to replace the 1997 Bose Stock stereo in my Camaro with a 2000 Bose Stock Stereo from a Corvette. I believe it is the same stereo. They look identical from the front. However, I removed the 1997 stereo and when I was going to install the Corvette stereo I noticed that one of the wire harness connections was different. The antenna and the connection on the left are a match. The new Corvette stereo has an additional four pins right below the nine pins on the other connection. Do I need some sort of an adapter or can I just plug everything in and not worry about those extra four pins? Please help me.

plug it in and go, generally those 4 pins are for vehicles that had steering wheel controls. If you buy an aftermarket harness to replace the stock head unit you never use those 4 wires.
