Recently a few forum admins and owners were invited out to Detroit for a meeting with members of GM in a special group focused on Customer Relations.

The overall consensus is that GM feels disconnected from their consumers and are looking for a way to better serve us and create a way to help us reach them.

The point of this forum section is for people to ask specific questions regarding warranty, or specific tough to answer technical questions.

This is NOT a general use forum and will be HEAVILY moderated.

With meeting the folks of GM in this group, we have created what is hopefully a direct conduit to address issues that we as enthusiasts and owners face.

All pertinent questions will be brought through the proper channels to be answered by GM directly.

This forum section is merely an experiment at this point.

Anyone posting in this forum is agreeing to the following rules-

1. Provide as much specific details as possible including VIN number when asking warranty or tech questions

2. Anyone found abusing this forum will be given an infraction immediately

3. Anyone found posting off topic will be given a stiff infraction

4. Limit questions to either warranty or specific technical questions not able to be answered in the rest of the forum.

5. NO complaining. This is an EXPERIMENT at this point.


IF this seems to be working it may be implemented on other sites. As far as questions/comments on how to USE this forum direct all correspondence to my PM box or face infractions.
