When I open the door the window drops a little like it's supposed to in a convertible but it doesn't go back up automatically when I close the door. I keep getting the "open then close" message, something I've done a million times but it doesn't help. This malfunction seems to be preventing the top from going down too.The window does work correctly, going fully up when using the manual button. Any thoughts?
