what are the widest wheels and tires i can fit on my 94, front and rear.

 

I'm running 275/40zr18 all the way around on a 18x10" rim. My rims that I have are not deep dish and they still don't rub. Some guys who do have smaller positive offsets (deep dish) that I heard of run as wide as 315s on the back, but I'm not sure what size rims.

 

i have vette wheels on my car 17 by 9.5 all the way around with 270/40/17 in the back and 245 in the front, but iwas thinking about new vette wheels 18's or 19'sx10 in the back but i dont want a big offset

 

With a smaller offset, you can get 19x10s to fit, but you will most likely rub if you hit a bump or something.
