Does anyone know how this can be removed without destroying it or have a part number?

 

I'm not sure if the convertibles differ from the coupes, but I think the vert uses two bolts in behind the weatherstrip in the door jamb.

Well, I just look at the parts book and the vert and coupes have different part numbers, so they must not be the same. Have you taken the interior trim off to see if they are bolted on? Kind of sticks in my mind that there are studs on the back of the filler to fasten it to the body. I looked in the service manual and I could only find instruction on replacing the convertible filler panel.
