From research that I've done, This is what I found about my new to me 2002 Camaro: One of the last of the rare 2002 Camaro Z28 that the San Jose area CHP used.

Believe there were 73 "White Ghost" Camaros the CHP ordered in 2002, and this is one of the 73. Not sure how many are still around. But 1 of 73 is impressive even if they are all still in working running condition.

This one runs smooth and strong!

This particular car has the owners manual with formal inscription that it belonged to the San Jose area CHP and was also used by the Sacramento Sheriff K9 unit.

 

Cool,how many miles on it now? I know cop cars often have many more hours running than miles.
