back up light and turn signal

Default back up light and turn signal

ok i think i have moisture in my tail light houseing my question is do the rear n front turn signal bulb flash indepently my rear turn signal is out n my front on the same side is staying steady no flashing my car is 94 camaro

Replace the bulb, and the circuit will have enough resistance to trigger the flasher relay again.

The OEM relay is mechanical and requires a certain load to trigger it.

New bulb = flashy-flashy.

Are your tail lights collecting water like an aquarium? If they are, drill some small holes in the bottom. I did this to mine and eliminated lots of corrosion issues. I also use dielectric grease in my sockets.

I had to do the same thing as hooknladder with one of my Camaros. The tail light kept collecting water and frying the bulbs. A small hole in the bottom of the tail light did the trick, though.

I reglued the assembly to make it air tight again.
