Will the side skirts and maybe rear bumber lip from a 93-97 kit fit onto my 98?

Yes. Cosmetically the only difference between a 93-97 car and a 98-02 car is the front fenders, hood, and front fascia. So the side skirts and rear lip will work, but not the front lip.
