if you remove z28 skirts...
I love the naked bottom camaros, without the z28/iroc body kit on the bottom, but i cant find one with a v8 with t tops for sale, so my question is, can i get a z28 or iroc, and just remove all the skirts?? or is there nasty mounting holes and brackets? And the front looks like its just a 1 piece, do i have to replace the whole front bumper? Thanks, Joe
This is the naked car im talking about, its my girlfriends 2.8v6 auto. I love the skirtless look in blue with the aluminum wheels!!

for the side skirts, if you take them off, there will be four holes in your door, not very big, but no brackets if i remember correctly. as for the bumper, all you need to do is go to a wrecker and find a base model camaro and pull the bumpers off, because i do believe that the body kit is molded into the z28 bumpers

you best bet on finding one would be try looking for a berlineta, most of the v8 ones ive seen had t-tops, i actually just saw one for sale about two weeks ago, 305, with t-tops, i think a 84, baby blue, nice car, only wanted $800 for he. while base coupes did come with both, it just seems like most people willing to put the extra into t-tops and a v8 just went ahead and for the extra got a z28/iroc or rs
