to zmax or not to zmax?

I've heard both good and bad things about the zmax fuel, trans, and oil additives andI was wondering if anyone here hasused it in their 3.8L V6. If you have can you describe what makes it good/bad? thanks

I used it in my 02 Ram with 70K on it. Nothing changed.
