Default Z28 Exhaust on 3.4?

I know a guy selling a stock z28 exhaust, and I might get it.. Does anyone know if it's a job getting it on?

im pretty sure chaotic has just the Z28 duel outlet muffler that would consist of cutting your muffler off and welding on the Z28 muffler and maybe some nice stainless tips

I recently (less than 3 weeks) ago got magnaflow dual exhaust system for my 95, 3.4l. I had it installed at a shop and the mechanic had nothing but problems getting the fit right, it took him 3hrs for a 1 and 1/2 hr quoted job. I'm glad he took his time though because it looks and sounds awesome now. I talked to him afterward and he said that the 3.4's are a tight fit and usually give problems. I would recommend getting a shop to do it if your looking at putting custom exhaust on.

Sheesh, these guys will have you spending $600 on an aftermarket exhaust before you know it.
To your question, I had a stock Z28 exhaust on my 94 3.4 Camaro. It fit right on, I just don't remember if the pipes were exactly the same diameter. If not, a simple slip adapter will take care of it. There's no physical difference between the two cars, it will work.

yeah my bad, i wasnt suggesting him buying an aftermarket exhaust, it can be expensive but it was a bday gift for me so i was more than happy with it, but like i said mine had problems with install, although from the sounds of things our z28 exhaust fit on nicely
