I have a 98 camaro and the windshield wipers do not work on mist, do not work on intermittent, do not work on low, and when put on high they cycle once and then freeze in the unparked position. When spray is used, it sprays normally and they cycle 3 times like they're supposed to. I have replaced the control module a while ago with no improvement. I didn't think it would be the motor since it's still working on spray but I obviously could be wrong! Any thoughts?
