Window motor replacement. Again

Does anybody know the reason for failing window motors? I am changing the drivers window motor for the third time in my 94 camaro.

Make sure the motors you are buying are new ones, not remanufactored. Also, when the motor is out and you can move the window by hand, raise and lower it to make sure the window is not binding up.
