hi this is my first post so hope it's in the right spot i have a 95 camaro with a 3.4 and aauto transthe ecm is bad my friend has an ecm from a 3.4 witha 5 speedwill this work in my car.thanks for any help

i know i had to reflash mine when i did a tranny swap, so i would agree with him...

 

Just out of curiousity, how sure are you that the PCM is bad? I'm not trying to insult your intelligence, but I'd simply like to know how you (or anyone else) came to that conclusion. That's all.

 

when i got the car thats what i was told was wrong with it. the guy i got it from was a tech at a chevy dealership so i assume he knows so how do i reflash the pcm and anybody know what it cost i can get one on ebay for about 60 bucks didn't know witch is cheaper thanks

I found one for my car for $20

 

Usually you let the dealership reflash your PCM. You can buy NEW PCMs or used ones that are already reflashed. I'm not certain on the pricing, however. Sorry.
