Why is my AC/HEAT only blowing at my feet?

same thing happened to me. its a vacumm hose. Just take to a mechanic and its an easy fix.

i know this is probably a stupid question but do the vent only open when motors is only running?

It's the vacuum check valve or T. $5 shelf at most stores.
