Default white smoke now grrrr

ok i had a power steering hose issue a while ago. Well i finally found one and intalled it. now a couple days later i get white smoke comming from the drivers side of the engine. and i couldnt pib point where it was comming from.

so i went to the local car wash and cleaned the pully system (had alot of gunk on it). so i washed the power steering side tryin to clean it and pressure prayed it and still get white smoke out the same side.

I did this cause the lady at the auto part store said maybe some fluid got on the motor and is burning it off.

what could be causeing this?

also another not my my oil pressure gauge goes to about 10 then when i accelerate it goes to 40. I know im due for an oil change but should that happen?

Sounds like you have some fluid leaking onto your manifolds.

Well I just changed the pressure hose on the power steering. I was gonna go and put regular ps fluid in it and against my better judgement my father in law put auto tranny fluid in it. And im wondering where the auto fluid is thicker then regular ps fluid im gonna drain all the fluid and put regular ps fluid in it and hope that helps if not I gota find another hose to replace.

also how do determin a vacuum hose from a fluid hose cause someone told me it sounded like I had a vacuum hose leake and when I was idleing it was sounding like the car was gonna stall out untill I gave it some gas and went on
