Default Where is the IAC Valve

Hey guys, I need to check my IAC valve and it isnt where I thought it would be. Do you guys know where it is on the 99+ 3.8s? Thanks.

You are right, but that is the only pic I could find. It should be very similar.

I have a Factory Service manual. I dont think that my car has an IAC valve because I cannot find the damn thing. I looked in both my service manual and the car...... I am wondering if I should be thinking about changing the IAT sensor? Here is what is happening. My car is running extremely lean when the engine cold. I live in ND where the temps havnt gotten above 20 for quite some time. After my car has been running for about 3 min it calms down and runs good again. Any Ideas?
