ok...when talking about wheel demensions....say 16x7.5......what demension does the 7.5 represent?

so tires on a 16x7.5 rim wont fit on a 16x8, correct?

They could. If they were wide enough. It shouldn't be too hard to call a tire shop to see if your current tires would fit some wider wheels.

sure they will, its only a half an inch difference
and as long as they are r16 tires you will have no problems
