What year is it? Automatic or manual? Just by a cursory glance at the picture and your description I would say you would be lucky to get $4,000 for it. KBB for that car in excellent condition with yourdescriptionis like $4,100 with an AT and $3,750 with a MT. Don't always expect to get KBB for a car. It is just a rough estimate with that being at top dollar. MyCamaro was advertised $1,000 below KBB, and I was also able to talk them down another $850 below their asking price. No one hardly ever gets Blue Book or what they're asking for a vehicle.

Oh it Automatic. and it's a 95

This is what kbb.com said.

"Excellent" condition means that the vehicle looks new, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning. This vehicle has never had any paint or body work and is free of rust. The vehicle has a clean title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection. The engine compartment is clean, with no fluid leaks and is free of any wear or visible defects. The vehicle also has complete and verifiable service records. Less than 5% of all used vehicles fall into this category."

Its worth $7,250

Thats not bad at all. I think I was looking up 93' or 94' for the 3.4. If I were you I would either keep it, or list it for KBB and probably only budge about $250.

I looked up my '98 3800 with 128k miles and it came out at just over $7000 in "excellent" condition. Yet I bought it for only $4000. I know the condition is not "excellent" but I can't say there are any severe defects either.

I fugured the same thing too, but I think I might have been a little too blatant with my first statement so I cut him a little slack on my second post. It will be tough to find someone to buy an almost 13 year old V6 Camaro for its Blue Book Value. If you have a car that old in that great of condition you are better off keeping it, because chances are you won't get what you think would be a fair price for it.

Thanks for cutting me slack. Yea I am going to stick with it for a while. I really like this car. I've been looking for one like this. I just thought the price might be a little higher for being in such good condition. I just wanted to see.
