hope the pick works, it is above the battery has a red + cover and wires coming out of it. 1 wire looks to have burnt thru and is not connected. It has been like this since I bought the car and I haven't figured out what it is for.

 

It's a fusable link as to what it powers I'm not sure

 

Personally I would imagine it to be a particular accesory located within the vehicle. Try reconnecting it and seeing what changes on the interior and exterior lighting.

 

Thanks, the only things I have noticed not working are my fog lights and now my keyless entry quit about 1 week after I got it although the wire was unhooked at the time I got the car and previous owner did not know either.

 

It is very possible that could be the power line to your 885 fogs. Try a temporary fix to see if they begin working again!
