none of the above get your ecu/pcm/ecm chiped or flashed after youve done a few thing heres a list that would be good for you....

Mild cam
p&p heads and also get the manny ported to match.
Headers.
Ram air set up intake.
metal or cometic head gaskets.
full exhuast.
and get your pcm chiped based maped or flashed.
You dont wanna chip or flash a ecu on a stock car becasue theres no point in it at all.And get a tune!!!

and i have seen the 6cy on the bottle doesnt take much just get you a set of cometic Head gaskets and run a 75-100 pill and its be pretty quick ofcourse you would need a tuner to fine tune and adjust timing for the max whp.

nitrous lol some call the hp shot a pill like a 75shot of nitrous is same as a 75pill but id suggest a nitrous backfire kit aswell you dont wont no nitrous back fire that=fried rings blow intake manny the list goes on for the things that can mess up its just not good.

 

i was looking at the exhaust from magnaflow but i cannot find the hp increase. anyone know a rough estimate at what i would be looking at. my goal is 400hp out of my 3.8. i know ots not happening overnight. i was looking at the sts turbo for my car and it looks good not sure what i would have to do to install it. can u get 400hp without a turbo with the 3800? i just finished getting the body work done and next is the interior after that its engine heaven, not sure what to do to hit my goal however any help would be appreiated.
