Well, if the cat was gutted, couldn't you just speed away from the emission testers? I mean you could beat a viper so I think you're alright....I like in MN so I have absolutely no idea what they do for emission testing haha. I just picture it like a tollbooth and some guy sticks a reciever into your tailpipe then you go haha.
