Good deal man! My electric fan gave out the other day, and the next day I checked everything and I haven't had a problem since. It's always good when the problem fixes it self.

 

When my front end was replaced they failed to put a few screws in I guess to save money mine made a vibrating noise i checked under the cars front end and i added some screws that were missing to my front undercarrage and low and behold it stop

 

Lucky you didn't get into an accident. I suggest you don't use that repair shop again.
