Default valve covers
Ichanged my valve cover gaskets on my 94 v6 and now when i start it, it revs at about 3000

vacume leak, or something is still unpluged.

yes, sounds likeyou knocked a vaccume line off somewhere more than likely. Check all of the hoses.
