Default V6 to a V8

statisticaly speaking the z28 is the exact same size except with the V8, so if i were to find one for say at a junk yard if i was lucky and the engine still ran good would i be able to drop it into my 94 V6? can this be done without major adjustments?

Um could be BS but I heard for acheap full pachage is like 8 grand or so. Your gonna have to change tranny, ECU mounts, I would think fuel system bigger engine more consumption, but there is a lot of work, Thats why personally Im sticking with the V6 and messing with it, its the same class as a Supra, and those are I-6 The V6 can be fast, just needs some tunes tweeks and love. and I would think after installing the V8 that same amount of money could get you something faster than the V8 if done properly.

thanks for the suggestions and ideas, sounds like it will be a bit easier and inexpensive to just mess around with the V6.
