Default Using 91 fuel good or bad?

I fill up with 91 (supreme) and my fuel injectors seem to clog fast. I just got a tune up and for about 5 days my car ran like brand new, but then went back todriving like it did before tune up. What the F@%! I paid over $100 to get my car running fast and smooth for only 5 days? Im wondering if it may be the fuel im using.

the 3800 calls for 87............. higher octaine is for motors with high comp. and can handle the higher octain. if you have a stock motor it is doing nothing for you and will run better on the 87 anyway. the motor cant burn the high oct fuel.

Regular gas is fine. They may have installed plugs with the wrong heat range and they are fouling. You may want to pull them out and see what the tips look like.

yes but you programed the timing to burn the higher/slower burning fuel.

i have a bone stock 3.8 and used the 93 stuff. trust me it ran much better on 87.
now a stock ss will run a lot better on 91 then 87. because thats what that motor calls for.

anyway pete correct me if im wrong. im no tech lol.

what do you guys think about running 89 octane in a 3.4 ? as opposed to 87 ?? this gas station by me has regular 87 and plue 89 for the same price, should i still go with 87 to get better mpg... or?
