File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against the company and see if you can get some satisfaction:

i actually thought about that, but without a receipt i cant prove that they ever touched my car. my back window is only 15% which is illegal. i had to pay cash no with no receipt. and this is supposed to be a reputable company in town. it was recomended my several of my friends.

Demand a receipt and if they won't provide one, you can add that to your BBB complaint...

BBB really can't do anything, it would haveto be small claimscourt. Then it's finger pointing time and he said, she said ...

My advise would be: next time before you have any major work done, take pictures of all the existing damage and the area they'll be working in. Also getting a pic ofthe guy at work isn't a bad idea. Then they have to prove it wasn't them.

Chalk this one up to experance and don't be afraid to bad mouth their work and attatiude IF asked.

If they are a reputable business, as he says, he should get some results via BBB, else they will get a ding on their BBB report for all to see.

Plan B is file a police report and have an attorney write a demand letter on your behalf.

Plan C is small claims
