LOL I love the GP supercharger to the Camaro. I got an argument with one of my customers the other day about this same thing. and no the customer is NOT always right. He said that I could put the GP SC on my engine and then make the intake plumbing out of the cheapy tuner intake parts I have on my shelf and WHAM!! I have a supercharged camaro. I kindly tried to explain the heads are different and not compatable with my block. his reply the 3.8L engines are all the same! OMFG I love when people tell me that (with a chevy small block as well) They are not all the same. Ther are like 6 or more different 3.8L engines starting with the odd-fire 231 up to the current 3800 Series III engine that is still going strong today. The guy had the nerve to tell me that he did it to his Camaro and he would bring it up to my store. Yea you guessed it he never showed with the car.

Actually there are over 25 different 3.8L engines. Buick has been making the 3.8L since about 1970 and has changed it an ungodly amount of times. Ford has been making it since the late 80s. Chevy adopted it in the late 80s from Buick and altered that design. Not to mention that Nissan, BMW, Mercedes, etc etc... Just about every manufacturer has a 3.8L and every single one is different...

Sure thing should be able to knock that out in half a day or less!
Oh wait I got an idea put it in the rear making the camaro a front wheel drive .

Yes I am aware there is a special spot in hell reserved for me for the previous comments.

Putting the ford engine in or it being in the back? You know the more I think about it why stop with a 4.6? why not just put a blown 460 in there I am sure it would work , after all the 460 is a car engine and the Camaro is a car.

ie the same logic that says things like a blower off a GP 3800 fwd car will work on a camaro's 3800 . This is also the same logic that says a elephant can hang suspended by its tail tied to a daisy.

An yeah stuck up in northeastern Kentucky dang place is like a black hole not even light can get out !!
