Haha. Didn't think a 3.4 had the power to trash a tranny. How'd you lose 2nd? You bounce it out of gear alot? With the new tranny you need to shift more like a man and less like a granny.

One thing that will help is get her to practice shifting through the gears sitting in the driveway. This will help her get used to having to push the clutch in abd shift without looking at where each gear is.

His loss of 2nd was more of how the trans was shifted instead of how much power he has. If he keeps shifting how he did before he will need another new trans in a few months.

I have 3 Camaros, they are all stick. My wife can not drive stick. I told her that my 93 and my 67 where both to good a deal to pass up and since my 96 goes 70 miles a day I need the stick for gas mileage. I explained that I did not just get sticks so she could not drive them, Yea I lied.
