Only if you have a 95 or 96. If you have a 96 then geta PCMfrom a 97 and find a friend with HPTuners.

 

What exactly are you doing that requires you be able to go faster than that? It would be more of a hassle and cost quite a bit to get it tuned out just because you dont want it there. And unless your already decently modded, getting to speeds like would be quite a feat in and of itself like specter said.
