youll need heads off either a 2004–2008 Pontiac Grand Prix, 2005–2009 Buick LaCrosse, or a 2006–2008 Buick Lucerne. youll also need new head gaskets, lower intake mani gaskets, new head bolts, and if you can afford it a nice PnP and 5 axis valve job will defiantly help you out in the power department. also a tune to get the most power for your money.

whats your budget? because while your in there a nice set of LT headers, Y pipe, cat back, and a good CAI will also help a lot. if you do all this wait till the end to tune the computer.

Your not going to gain a lot from this swap unless you swap out the Cam. The S-III heads add a little to the lower end of your torque curve but not much. A nice set of after market rocker arms with help more and if you don't need to do the head gaskets anyway theyw ill be a lot less work.

Do the gen-III heads bolt on without any other mods? Can I still use the 3.4L camaro intake? What rockers would be a good upgrade and would I have to change springs or pushrods?

the series III heads are for a 3800 not the 3400. really the only thing you can do to the 3400 is a 3500 top end swap, its really complicated and will cost about 1500-2000$. if you want pm chaotic94 hes researched it a lot more than me and knows just about everything involved.
