Why is it that everytime I find a throttle body spacer for the 3.8 v6 it only says it fits the 99-02 model? I own a 98, will it fit my car? My next question would be... what is the benefits of a TB-spacer when you have that screen in there which is designed to straighten the airflow?

Click the drop down menu and select 95-98 Fbody. These are supposed to keep the throttle body cool, so the intake air doesn't heat up as much.
