Default Thinking of Paint

I have a 1997 3.8L V6 Camaro and I dont especially like the color, so Im thinking of painting it and was wondering what you guys thought.. Right now its purple so I am thinking about painting it a Charcoal color or maybe a black. I saw a Camaro that was painted a House of Kolors shimirin black witha graphite pearl and it was really nice looking.. Im kinda leaning towards that over a black beacuse if I spend the money to get it painted I would rather it be more of a custom color then a stock looking black. Either way it will look a lot better and shinier than it does now..

that color looks gray, im not crazy about house of kolor's paint, chips to easy, especially on a faster car, dupont with chip guard and same clear coat look great.

Paint will not do anything to rust. You have to remove all the rust first, if not the rust will bubble up in a few months and you'll have to start over again.
