Okay so my clutch won't disengage all the way and now it's chattering really badly. Like the whole car shakes violently when I take off. I had the flywheel turned a month ago so I assume that's not the problem. Here's a vid

You didn't smoke the clutch recently did you? I've done that once, and the excessive heat put check marks (cracks) on the surface of the flywheel, and made it chatter. That was all she wrote then. Do you have that many miles on the clutch disc that it could be worn down already?

The clutch set has about 15xxx miles on it. It never disengaged right after I took it out last time. And yes I have the disk in the right direction.

Well I went ahead and bought a new clutch kit, tie rod ends, flywheel shim, upper control arm bushings, grease, and tranny fluid. Everything is getting fixed. Sick of jacking with it. Hopefully this fixes it

Here's another thing that maybe causing it to not disengage. The slave cylinder was replaced a month ago and may not have been bled all the way. This is how far it moves right now. Does that seem like its enough movement on the clutch fork?

You plan on a new or regrind on the fly wheel?

if you are using the cheap Ebay/China kits it is very common for people to have them last a very short time. I am not a "cheap China hater", i have no problems using imported stuff it is just all the reviews I read the V6 China clutchs where a constant problems in many cases not making 30 days. Even the AC delco clutch is an import and problematic.

Those are TTY bolts on the flywheel?

Torque to Yield, It means you use them once and discard them because they will not work a second time.
