things to do for easy HP?
ok so other then a k&n air filter what should i get/use for easy HP , i work at pep boys in the service department, so parts and tools are not a problem. i'd also like to know what brands to get.
The air filter won't do anything for you; but the whole intake will. Look into the K&N or SLP intake. The SLP runs like $120 and is a good start for anyone. After that, the next best thing to do is exhaust. Headers and catbacks are both great bangs for the buck. Pacesetter makes a pair of headers and y pipe for the 3.8 Camaro, and there are a lot of catbacks out there too (Magnaflow, Borla, Flowmaster, Dynomax, SLP, etc).
the best thing is the CAI and the headers and catback exhaust your car likes to breath too and the stock intake and exhaust is like having a cold its a btch
if you want some serious power may i suggest forced induction maybe not so cheep but 80 - 120 HP is a good start (depending on your boost)

If you have problems putting 200 HP down, there's something seriously wrong.
Easy horsepower? Sell your car and buy a Z28.
Kinda easy horsepower? Buy a SLP air intake system and a cat-back exhaust. Borla is awesome. Magnaflow and Flowmaster are decent. And a Flowmaster system isn't going to restrict a 3800 (I checked ^_^ No difference between it and my old magnaflow setup). Borla is still the best all around
