anybody done it?

crazy idea i know. but i want t-tops it's too fluffing hot in SC. lol

It won't leak. The car is made for T-tops even when it's a hard top. There's a write up about it if you just search the net that is very in depth.

It WILL leak...eventually. ALL T-tops leak eventually.

Captain Obvious strikes again.

OP, just take care of the seals, it will be fine. I would way rather have t's than hardtop. really adds to the driving experience.

To maintain the universal balance and all that , I have had a Fbody T Top and much prefer the hardtop version. I got tired of needing to dry myself and the rest of the interior every time it rained.

so replace the seals. IMO, the extra experience gained by the abilty to remove the tops is well worth a few little leaks.
