Hi i am a new user here and i read a forum elsewear suggesting that you could buy a eaton m90 from ebay from around $2-300 and easily suercharge the camaro to gtp stats but was wondering if anyone can back this up with numbers or if it would really work and if so what mods would also need to be done thank you any help would be greatly appreciated. by the way the car is a stock 1996 3800 camaro and i got to a technical school full of imports and am tired of getting killed on the street. thank you.

 

also was wondering if anyone in here has gutted there cat if so what kind of gais did you get and was it worth it?

 

in case anyone was curious to the answer of this question i just recieved an email stating that the blower height would be to high because of how far back the engine sets if anyone has any ideas they would be greatley appreciated tho i still have some remaining faith.

 

Don't supercharge your camaro, just buy a bigger cam and better heads...

 

a gutted cat would produce next to no street hp gain....however investing in SLP parts such as a cam, airlid, exhaust, rockers and heads would definitly get you started, also a mild PCM tune would help also
