Default Supercharging my 94 LT1

Well i decided to supercharge my 94 z28, but mean while wanting to keep it low in cost to install on my engine, they say it'll push up to 400hp with an aftercooler. I just need some info on what i need to do to the engine, I was told stock short blocks will hold the power but unsure of that being just a rumor. I installed a new oil pump and gaskets all ready do too high mileage on the car,,....... the trans was built to hold over 800hp, with all steel mirco polishes race components and modified shift kit with no shift ***** and a massive valve body its a 4L80E Specs, Aluminum drive shaft and mild build on the rear diff. I just asking mainly about components needed for the engine I'm gettin the full vortech kit with aftercooler.

Yeah, I actually heard you really need that tune before you even run the car, otherwise your AFR and whatnot will be off and can hurt the engine.
