i would assume the 305 would have this pretty easily. 160hp isnt much to overcome, and were ebony's numbers wrong? if they were in fact rated at 215 then its lights out for the 3.4.... in a bad way. 55hp is a pretty substantial difference.

i really think ur going to need mods to take out that 305.

 

There isnt a BS flag big enough on the planet for that one. The low end is where the 305 is going to be stronger, it has over 55 ft/lb torque more than you. Im sorry but this absolutely needs video proof.

 

jeb, that ranger has minor boltons. thats not strongly modded, thats lightly modded, even by ford 2v standards

 

it really depends on the year of this 305, but either way it will beat any 3.4.Im just saying cause there are a few rare 305s you could get that were in the 225hp range stock and near 300 ft lbs of torque

 

i had a stock 98 malibu 4 cyl (2.4 dohc) 150 hp. the dohc helps a lot...

i put about 1 leanth on my g/f in her 95 3.4 camaro lol 0-about 100

 

I owned an 85 camaro with a 3.4!! They're pigs. Good luck going against the V8.

 

how about u get a 3.8 camaro and race that 305. that would actually be a descent race
