Angry sometimes it will start?(crank shaft sensor)?

HI,
I have a 95 camaro, 3.8L
I have had this problem for couple of years, started out maybe once a month, now increasing to almost once a day.
It may start in the morning for work but then 8-10 hours later after work it wont or I may goto local walmart 5 mins away, and come out 5 mins later and it wont start.
After trying to start for about 5-15 mins it eventually will start.
Someone said maybe my crank position sensor?
So I tried researching it, some websites say theres 1 some say theres 2? Which is it?
Also someone said maybe coil packs going bad, but after researching, most say there car runs sluggish and lose of power, but mine does not.
I have fuel at the rails, and replaced the fuel pump, and plugs and wires also.
Any help please!
