Default someone please help!!

98 camaro 3.8...not fire coming to pump..fuse is good...relay is good...fuel pump is good hot wired it direct and came on...but no fire coming to factory wires going to pump..someone please help

is the security light on or flashing???

security light says on...it was on when before the fuel pump went out

are you getting power to the relay? sure sounds like vats but i could be wrong. not sure if the bcm is in the fuel pump loop,,, any other strange things happening.

ok fuel pump went out...replaced fuel pump...car started up and ran for 30 min...turned if off...went to crank it back up and fuel pump sounded funny...turned car off...took fuel pump back out and hose and popped off the pump...put hose back on..reinstalled pump...pump wont come on now..

try unhooking the battery to reset the computer. are you getting power to the relay?

disconnected the battery over night and connected it back this morning and no change

test the wires at the tank and see if you have juice. you will need to have someone turn the key on for you cause its only on for a short time. you may have knocked off a wire reinstalling the fuel pump or it could have gotten pinched or damaged somehow.

had someone cycle the key while i had a test light in the plug to the pump and also the plug to the sender...nothing...there is like a sensor on the top of the sender that has three wires going to it looks like some type of pressure sensor..dont seem to have any power to it neither
