i took the computer out to look if there was damage on it to see if this was part of any of my problems and......... the port on the side with the gap where it says delco electronics has 1 fried rod..... would this lead to a tranny problem at all? its an automatic....... or im gonna have to spend even more money than i really need....(with how much ive spent so far i could have gotten a 3rd gen z28)

You'd have to look at a electrical diagram to see if it is a wire going to the tranny. But yes it could very well be the cause of your tranny problem.
