In a race who do you think would win? The race is against a 2001 saab 9.3 turbo se with 205hp and 209 ft/lb of torque. The other car is a 2000 camaro v6 with 200hp and 225 ft/lb of torque.

Depends mostly on the driver. If the snob in the saab does not know how to drive them the camaro wins, same deal with the camaro. The cars are close in HP but other things like gearing and weight play into this as well.

Look at the 5th gen cars... They have 435HP but they are only .2 faster stock to stock in the 1320. Weight and gearing if you ask me.

The Saab is rated a second faster in the quarter. The guy in the Camaro can always hope the guy in the Saab falls asleep at the light.

 

The SAAB is lighter and has the same torque and HP as the Camaro. If they are both stock then the SAAB will win. On top of it at the track the Camaro driver will really look bad being beaten by an ugly car too! lmao!

I hope you're not racing on the street. Cops, ambulances, people hurt or dead, loss of drivers license, big fine, jail time....... not worth it!
