The shaking sounds like a motor or trans mount was left un tightened or is falling apart.

Your engine is misfiring, check your ignition system and fuel delivery.

If you poured coffee out of the filter you may have a clogged up internal tank filter. These are also called fuel tank socks. This is a prefilter that is there to protect the pump, the other filter is there to protect the rest of the fuel system.

agree with massey and pete, your fuel pressure may not be enough to run the motor properly. check your fuel pressure while running and not, may give you and idea of whats goin on.

i replaces two coils so far, when both other ones went out the car would jump and buck when giving it gas and the idle was really jumpy... turns out the third and final coil went out and i replaced all of them today with MSD coils to match the wires... the car idleed smooth, its was just shaking and it just felt like it wasn't getting enough air... never seen one run soo good and halfway smooth on only 4 cylanders working. none the less i changed the fuel filter after 114,000 miles on the stock one and used a wix filter... made an amazing amount of power difference. the only thing left is to replace the cooling fan relay and im in the clear FOR NOW.
