I'm new to the forums so thanks in advance for any help. I have a 96 Camaro that I just bought from my Dad. When going down the hwy the rear slams hard/bottoms out when I hit dips in the road. Dad says the shocks/struts were recently replaced but think the mechanic didn't do what he says he did. Has anyone had this problem and it wasn't a shock/strut problem? Thanks. Chris

 

could be that or if you have worn out springs
