Question rough and a little too much exhaust

ok i just cant seem to get my 94 3.1l v6 to start and run smooth
once i get it started it putters till i give it a little gas revs up holds at 2500 n drops to a grand/900 rpms it still runs rough in reverse/gear (its a auto)
this is what i have done :
new plugs
new wires
air filter
oil n filter
fuel filter
new injectors (had two cracked injectors)

I have a low oil light on (i have full oil and from what ive seen pretty good oil pressure)
i get a check engine light if i sit at a light too long but it goes away after driving a bit
i have no temp guage
and i failed inspection it was like
450/220 hc ppm
3.7%/1.5% co at idle
and
420/220 hc ppm
3.1%/1.5% co with them holding the gas

when i first start the car i spray (water) out the exhaust not a lot just enough to be noticeable
and i have a lot of exhaust i also believe i have a leak in the exhaust by the motor

be best to get it scanned for codes. i know a 94 can be a pain to find a scanner to do it but its the best way to see whats goin on. could be one or many things. if you had air fuel problems and she has been running rich you could have fouled 02 sensors and/or a plugged cat and or muffler. temp sensor failing, knock sensor outa wack, maf, map, evap failing, low fuel pressure, high fuel pressure. lots of things can make er run like crab.

^ what he said. Gotta get the codes. There is a sticky on which scanners will work with the 94 around here somewhere. I know, with mine, before I actually found a scanner that worked, I took it to the dealer because I needed to know what the code was to start troubleshooting/fixing. They charged me like $40 to get the codes for me. It was worth it.

Edit: Here is the scanner thread: https://camaroforums.com/forum/lt1-l...ks-94-a-71161/

I have the actron CP9185. Works well on OBDI and OBDII. I got it off ebay and then had to get an adapter for it off amazon. It has been worth every penny.
