Does anyone on here know if you can buy forged rods/pistons for a 4th gen v6 camaro? anyone have a link to a site?

I dunno if you mean the 3.4L or 3.8 but according to my Spec sheet.... the 3.4L already has forged steel rods from the factory. (the LT1 V8 didn't even have forged steel rods...)

The pistons are aluminum alloy.

I dont have any specs for the 3.8 model.

That you about the info on the 3.4,, hmmmm I was thinking about getting that hemi style pistons my.. its about 550.00 if i remember right

The 93 & earlier LT1s had forged rods, the 94s & later had powdered metal rods which, according to GM, are stronger than forged rods.
