rear end trouble...again!!!
well a while back i had a problem with the rear end of my car making a whooshing noise. come to find out out i a very low axle fluid which caused my axle seal to break and my bearing to warp my rear left axel. so i had to buy a new axel. after i got the car back from the shop everything was great...until i drove over some train tracks and noticed a thump/grind noise coming from the side which has the new axle, i thought it was the shocks so i changed them out. the ride is a lot smoother but i can still hear the grind which sounds like its in the rotor area and i also noticed a small ticking noise that only stuck around for a few seconds. if anyone can help me out with some suggestions id appreciate it.

Are you sure it's at the rotors? Are you sure your wheels are snugged up?
If it's more of a whirring/grinding noise, it's most likely in the differential...

Really want to know? They billed my Ext. Warranty $840.97: $390.97 in parts (3 seals, 5 bearings, 1 spacer, 1 gasket, and 2 lubricant), $450 labor (4.5 hrs)
