Default rear coil springs

I have a rear coil spring that is rubbing on the frame. Every time i get in and go over bumps i hear it rub. I crawled under the car and it looks like its like bowing out or somthing. How do i replace the rear coil springs if they need it, and where can i find some good replacment ones. I would have to replace both off them i assume.

Yikes. I'm not sure about the exact procedure, but it genereally works best with the vehicle on a lift, or as high as you could possibly get it to relieve as much spring tension as possible. You'll need a coil spring compressor and unless you feel like muscling through the work, I'd recommend using the proper impact wrench to use the compressor. Yes, you'll need to replace both springs, and while you're down there, throwing a set of shock absorbers may not be a bad idea. Oh, and bushings. Never forget any bushings.
