im not a rep. but ive noticed that most hid kits come ion 3 price ranges. around 50, around 80-90, and 150+. the ones that are more than 150 are most likely from the manufactuer and not some referb. kit or some cheap distributer. now there are a such thing as a good deal so dont be blind to those lol.
i know one legit brand halo lighting http://www.halolightstore.com/default.asp?t=hid
those are what i have but i ordered them from some website that is no longer up for $60ish

Its not a kit for yoru year man. Just get the raptor two kits. Whatever yoru size bulb, get the replacement for that bulb. So if your lights use say h7's...get h7 style bulbs. Understand? Easy to do man. And at about $45 shipped to your door, you can not beat it anywhere! mine have lasted for two years now..and they do come with a lifetime warranty too so no worries there. REALLY good company to deal with man.

DDM Tuning has one of the best kits, be warned, you need to plug into the ballast reverse polarity!

Since you have a '95, you have to modify your headlight housings to add the HID bulbs or get new housings. Speed Inc. sells a complete kit (they use DDM Tuning for ballasts & bulbs):
